An illegal immigrant was convicted of rape and killed in 2023 Maryland is the mother of five Rachel Mourin Monday afternoon – after the jury circulated for a period of less than an hour, according to reports.

Victor Martinez Hernandez, 24, was convicted of first -class death, first -class rape, first -class sexual attack and kidnapping after Mourin, 37, was killed along a trail about 30 miles northeast of Baltimore in August 2023.
